HOW 1:1 COACHING WORKS:
As soon as you sign up, we will schedule a complimentary compatibility call, during this call we will explore your expectations and goals for working together.
By the end of this call, we will both know if we are a good fit for a successful coaching team and The Spirit Diet Society community membership.
Due to the high demand for 1:1 coaching, payment is collected in full upfront prior to the compatibility call. However, both parties can cancel the agreement within 24 hours following the call should the coaching partnership not be a good fit. This has never happened.
I will also ask you during the call if you would like to move forward with coaching however you have 24 hours to sign the coaching agreement and can choose to cancel within that time frame.
You can request a cancellation via email at sales@thespiritdiet.com.
No refunds will be given after the coaching agreement has been signed.
After your complimentary compatibility call, we will have a direction for our time working together.
I will customize a program specific to the needs, goals, and health concerns discussed on the compatibility call and the Health Coaching form(s).

Hi, my name is Rodiah!
I am a Certified & Insured Health Coach (CHC) and I have been coaching professionally since 2012.
I started my wellness journey at the age of 19 in 1998.
Over the past 2 decades, I have embraced the vegetarian, vegan and raw lifestyles before starting The Spirit Diet™, a Full-spectrum lifestyle brand that offers:

I coached and consulted with celebrities, entrepreneurs, wellness-entrepreneurs, professional athletes, executives, and social media personalities & influencers, helping to shift & shape this current wave of wellness enthusiasm.
I supplied inspiration, motivation, information, guidance, ideas, product ideas, business models, and brand management for over 20 years to countless family members, friends, clients, followers, brands, and businesses.
