Each program runs for 30 days and programs are subject to change on a monthly basis.
Coaching will not be available every month and spots are extremely limited
After you enroll you will receive a welcome email with a link to download the Healthie coaching app. The Healthie app is HIPAA and PCI-compliant. This is how you will communicate with your coach during the program.
You will also be able to log your daily meals, exercise, journal entries, pH readings, goals and selfies.
If you have a Fitbit you can sync your Fitbit to this app as well.
Each program has an allotted number of Soul Sessions which are phone or video calls in which you discuss your goals, progress, challenges, and milestones you may encounter with Rodiah.
Each program also comes with unlimited chat via the app.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a cha response however most questions are answered daily during normal office hours.
Office Hours: Tues - Thurs 10 am - 7 pm pst
Weekend calls are available please contact Rodiah if you need a call that falls outside of the availability online.
