Born and raised in Queens, New York, Jennifer Garner, also known as "Chef Ronell," has always had a passion for hospitality and wellness. After pursuing her high school education at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, she worked in luxury retail but soon discovered her love for the hospitality industry when she took a part-time job at one of New York City's most exclusive nightclubs.

In 2015, Jennifer moved to California to start a wellness business with her sister Rodiah, the creator and founder of The Spirit Diet. In 2017, she experienced a vegan pregnancy and has since been raising her daughter on a plant-empowered diet. This new lifestyle prompted her to enroll in Rouxbe, the renowned plant-based culinary school, from which she graduated.

With a newfound love for vegan cuisine, Jennifer started her own vegan catering company and Chef Ronell was born. As an executive chef, she has provided catering and chef services to many entertainers, celebrities, influencers, athletes, executives, and world leaders. In 2022, Jennifer combined her passion for hospitality and vegan cuisine to create Vegan Bunz, a popular vegan restaurant specializing in burgers and shakes.

Currently, Jennifer is the executive chef of The Spirit Diet and plans to continue expanding her expertise and craft within the wellness and hospitality industries. She is dedicated to bringing food experiences, content, courses, and community to wellness enthusiasts worldwide. With her skills and passion for healthy, delicious food, Jennifer is a rising star in the culinary world.
